Stuck indoors, looking out at the snow?
Make yourself useful and help a Kings Heath business win a Business Excellence Award for their Christmas window display. Go to "photos" on the Enjoy Kings Heath Facebook page, in "albums" click on "Kings Heath Christmas Windows 2012" to see this year's shortlist, then just "Like" your favourite.
(it's not about the picture quality, but what's inside that matters)
My cat Stig, has been missing since Christmas:
She is 3 years old but is quite small, about the size of a 6 month old cat. She is white, with black splodges on her head and a stripy orange and black tail. She is very quiet and rarely meows.
Missing from Grange Road – she often hangs round in Bank Street.
Please check sheds and gardens

At 1.00 pm on Sunday 11th November a volunteer work party will be putting in topsoil and beginning planting the small circular bed in the Village Square (see attached pic), and a few more volunteers would be an enormous help.
Using log-roll and a tonne of top-soil we will raise the level of the bed. The planting list includes cowslips, primroses, sweet woodruff, tete a tetes, bluebells and woodland cyclamens.
If you are willing and able to help please…
This Christmas, Kings Heath Centre Partnership is offering permits to talented musicians and street performers to entertain our shoppers at designated 'busk stops' within Kings Heath.
We anticipate mostly weekend spots, but can be flexible.
If you've got what it takes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
