Heart of England in Bloom Awards 2012 - Volunteers needed

On Thursday September 13th, Kings Heath will be hosting the 2012 Heart of England in Bloom Awards. 

All Saints Church and the All Saints Centre have been chosen as the host venue.

Kings Heath garden show cancelled

Regretfully the Organizing Committee of the Birmingham Annual Gardening Show have voted to cancel this year's show.

The unprecedented amount of rain that has fallen so far and the forecast of yet more to come has left the Park in no fit state to welcome 5-10,000 visitors safely. Appeal for return of memorial park bench

The daughter of a former Birmingham Lord Mayor is appealing for heartless thieves to return a park bench dedicated to the memory of her father.

The bench, dedicated to Harold Blumenthal, was stolen from Highbury Park despite being screwed into a concrete plinth.
