Rock 'n' Roll returns to King's Heath on 6 October

Dust off those blue suede shoes and come to Fletchers on York Road  and make sure that King's Heath is shaking all over on Sunday 6 October.

50 years ago in June 1963 Gene Vincent played the former Ritz Ballroom in King's Heath. Other international stars like Jerry Lee Lewis and Bill Haley also played there as well as rising British stars Cliff Richard. Joe Brown and Johnny Kidd and the Pirates.

Maybe you would like to be able to tell stories easily and confidently. The Traditional Arts Team based in Kings Heath are running a beginners training day for anyone interested in taking the first steps in storytelling.

Step into Storytelling, is designed to lead you through the first stages of how to learn a story quickly and easily and then adapt it to yourself and your own telling. Storytelling is a great experience and useful in many different ways.
