A popular Kings Heath bar needs planning permission to stay open, it has been revealed.
Fletchers on York Road opened in July last year in the building that had previously been the Cornerstone Cafe. It adjoins the Kitchen Garden Cafe at the rear and is operated by the same team of Brett Rehling and Tracey Fletcher.
