Petition to list the former Ritz Ballroom site as an Asset of Community Value

Negotiations between the newly formed Ritz Arts Centre charity and the owner of the old Ritz Ballroom site on York Road have currently broken down.

Campaigners for an arts centre say this is because the owner has twice failed to produce his own independent written valuation of the site after agreeing to do so.
