Jingle Bell Jog to fill Kings Heath Park with santas!

Kings Heath Park will be full of Santas on Sunday 4 December when the Jingle Bell Jog takes place to raise money for St Mary's Hospice.

Everyone taking part in the charity event gets a free santa suit and bushy white beard for the 2 km festive fun run around the park. And everyone, whether they run, jog, walk or stumble around the course will be rewarded with a festive medal and a free mince pie!

Organisers say there will also be fun pre-event Christmas activities and a visit from a special guest (that usually means Santa, but must br someone else in this case!)

Registration opens at 9.30am and the run will start at 11am.  This event is perfect for families, groups of friends and workmates and is sure to get you in the festive spirit!

  • Family Saver Ticket (2 adults & up to 3 children aged 5 years+) - £40.00
  • Adults - £15.00
  • Children (aged 5 – 16 years) - £8.00
  • Under 5 years of age – Free

Your registration fee includes a FREE Santa suit for adults and children (Christmas hat for the Under 5’s), mince pie and runner’s medal!

Your registration fee covers the cost of hosting the event. It is your sponsorship money that makes a difference to our patients and their families. There is no minimum sponsorship target, we just ask you to raise as much as you can.

Alternatively if you wish to make a donation in lieu of gathering sponsorship simply click on the link below.

How your money helps:

  • £10 – will pay for a neck pillow to ensure patients can be transported comfortably
  • £33 – will pay for a bereavement volunteer each year to visit families coping with loss
  • £52 – will pay for a specially trained health care assistant to visit a patient in their own home up to 4 times a day
